Although they are technically composed of 32-bit or 8-bit characters, PM865K02 no longer uses each bit as a separate binary value like integers. No meaningful information can be extracted from the Boolean values of these data types.
Naturally, these integers, floating-points, and strings are ubiquitous in HMI programs, providing values.
PM865K02 Communication Considerations
Within the scope of one article, I am unable to provide tutorials for each HMI environment and each topic PLC. However, regardless of which software you use, there are many similar considerations.
Firstly, the communication protocol. PM865K02 is designed with various network interfaces, standard Ethernet, RS-232 or RS-485, but usually comes with several other adapters. You must be able to choose your own PLC and understand its network connection protocol. Finally, most screens limit the number of simultaneous connections, but they typically allow for more than one connection.
