The PU515 file storage location allows users to:

Associate friendly names with folder locations.

Store the time zone settings for each LGH file location.

Manage a list of multiple LGH file locations, add, update, and delete as needed.

Quickly switch between different LGH file locations.

Automatically create a new Excel workbook

PU515 has added a new output option – “Create new worksheet: save and close in new workbook”. This option provides a method for automatically creating a brand new Excel workbook. The file name can include the start time of the query to ensure the creation of a unique file when scheduling automatic queries. The type of workbook created depends on the configured file extension type (xls, xlsx, xlsm).

When running an automatic query, PU515 can include the date/time of the query in the file name. We have added a configuration file setting for advanced users to enable them to change the format of date/time injection file names instead of the default yyy MM dd HH mm ss. There are instructions in the product documentation to change this setting.
